Nature of work
- Management of construction work at the site, coordinating teams of employees and subcontractors;
- Assignment of tasks and control of execution;
- Ordering of materials and management of planned resources;
- Preparation of construction documentation;
- Ensuring safety and environmental requirements at work;
- Control of the quantities of work performed and materials used;
- Handing over of works and documentation management.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Special construction construction qualification certificate;
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a construction manager;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, initiative and ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license (category B).
