Construction Manager

Organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
Management of teams of workers and subcontractors;
Planning of daily work and assignment of tasks to employees;
Organization of the work flow to ensure uninterrupted execution of work at the site;
Planning the need for the necessary materials, equipment and other resources;
Control of material consumption and ensuring rational use of resources;
Control of construction work execution according to project documentation;
Ensuring deadlines and quality of work;
Recording the quantities of work performed and providing information for actuation;
Identification of risks and prompt resolution of problems at the site;
Ensuring compliance with work safety requirements.

Valid qualification certificate of construction manager of a special structure (required);
Work experience in the position of construction manager;
Ability to independently organize and plan work at the facility;
Ability to effectively lead teams of employees;
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
Ability to make decisions and solve problems promptly;
Category B driver's license;
Experience in concreting-reinforcing, street or infrastructure construction projects would be an advantage.
