What tasks await:
Team reinforcement is sought in KLAIPĖDA, ŠILUTĖ, GARGŽDAS OR ENDRIEJAVA.
- ensure high-quality and timely performance of bridge maintenance, construction and repair works;
- participate in the preparation of tender (purchase) documents and coordination of technical specifications;
- distribute and delegate tasks to subordinate employees, organize the performance of work, providing employees with the necessary work and safety equipment;
- train work teams / instruct on technical issues;
- ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health measures and compliance with them in work activities;
- perform quality control of work according to STR / projects;
- ensure control of subcontractors, determination and control of the need for mechanisms, ordering materials;
- cooperate with technical supervisors and designers;
- ensure safe traffic during work, organization of the installation of road signs, fencing of the territory according to requirements;
- preparation, completion and management of technical documentation for bridge maintenance and repair (acts, certificates, work execution logs, reports on the delivery of completed work, management of material accounting, etc.);
- other work related to the functions of the works manager.
Desired competence:
- has a higher engineering education (an advantage is in the field of road engineering);
- has work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities (an advantage is management experience);
- has a certificate of construction manager of a structure (structures: communication communications: roads, roads (streets), other transport structures);
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- is able to ensure smooth organization of work, is proactive, responsible and easy to communicate with;
- has a category B driver's license.
