Your main responsibilities:
- You will assess the technical condition of bridges, viaducts and other engineering structures, determine the need for repairs and select technical solutions.
- You will organize and coordinate repair and construction work at the facilities.
- You will form and lead a work execution team.
- You will supervise the progress of construction work, ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and work safety requirements.
- You will coordinate cooperation with the customer, technical maintenance representatives, designers and subcontractors.
- You will manage technical documentation, fill in construction logs and other documents related to the implementation of the project.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a higher education in civil engineering.
- Have accumulated practical experience in the field of assessment, repair or reconstruction of bridges, viaducts or other civil engineering structures.
- Able to organize and coordinate construction processes and effectively lead a team.
- Have good planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Have a certificate of construction manager or special construction works manager (don't have the required certificate? If necessary, we will provide assistance in preparing for the certification and create conditions for improving your qualifications).
