Nature of work:
- organize construction works on the construction site and ensure their smooth progress;
- coordinate the activities of subcontractors according to the established schedules;
- resolve technical issues on site, cooperate closely with designers and project management;
- ensure the quality of work, technological accuracy and compliance with safety and environmental requirements
This position requires:
- experience in the position of construction manager;
- knowledge of construction processes, engineering solutions and technologies;
- experience in implementing projects abroad is an advantage;
- excellent organizational skills at the construction site;
- excellent knowledge of Russian (written and spoken), an advantage - knowledge of English (spoken)
