Nature of work
- Construction project and construction site management/ control;
- Creation of work schedules and execution control;
- Coordination of subcontractors' work;
- Organization of material supply;
- Control and supervision of subcontractors' work;
- Assignment of works to customers;
- Coordinating technical issues with customer representatives;
- Safety and quality assurance of works.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher engineering education;
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Similar work experience (work experience with infrastructure projects and/or welfare/site management would be a great advantage);
- Excellent planning, organization, negotiation and communication, task and/or problem and conflict resolution skills;
- Impeccable Lithuanian language (good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
