Do you want to contribute to ambitious, market-leading real estate projects and see the real results of your work? As the scope of our projects grows, we are strengthening our team and inviting a Construction Manager to join us, who is able to manage processes, make responsible decisions and ensure the highest quality of construction work from the beginning of the project to its delivery.
- Control and administration of construction contractors' activities;
- Preparation of construction work schedules and ensuring budget compliance;
- Management of design and construction documentation, verification, search for rational technical solutions;
- Monitoring the quality of construction work, technological processes, sustainability principles and deadlines;
- Organization of delivery of objects to institutions and clients;
- Prediction of project risks and application of management measures.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in civil engineering or related field;
- Valid construction manager and/or maintenance manager certificate;
- Experience in coordinating contractors, suppliers and other participants in the construction process;
- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies and processes, ability to read drawings and analyze estimates;
- Understanding of project finances (cash flow planning, evaluation of alternatives);
- Good knowledge of project management;
- Communication skills, responsibility, planning, negotiation and time management skills.
