CONSTRUCTION MANUAL

UAB Conpre is expanding its team and is inviting a construction manager to join us, who will ensure the smooth implementation of structural engineering projects in Lithuania. If you are interested in the engineering environment, structural engineering, and construction - this position is just for you.

To manage the construction works of prefabricated reinforced concrete, metal structures installation and concreting in Vilnius and 100km around at designated facilities
To ensure the quality of work according to technological requirements, to meet deadlines
To create and control work schedules, plan resources
To cooperate with customers, designers, contractors
To fill in construction documentation, work time accounting, material write-offs
To ensure compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety requirements
To manage processes related to the construction of the facility

2+ years of experience in a construction work manager position
Leadership skills, ability to motivate a team, delegate tasks and ensure effective cooperation.
Higher / postgraduate education
Knowledge of construction technologies (installation of reinforced concrete and metal structures, concreting)
Ability to read drawings, good organizational skills
Category B driver's license

Experience in installing prefabricated reinforced concrete structures
Experience in concreting industrial floors and floors
Certificates of worker safety and crane operations manager
Qualification certificate of construction manager of a special structure
Qualification certificates
