Nature of work
Planning, organization and supervision of construction works;
Management of a group of subordinate employees, control and coordination of subcontractors' work, keeping records of employees' work;
Planning, calculation and control of resources intended for the object;
Creation of work implementation schedules and their execution control;
Coordination of technical issues with customer representatives and the designer;
Assignment of works to the technical supervisor, the customer;
Providing employees with work tools;
Organization of material supply;
Ensuring work and production discipline in the facility;
Preparation of technical construction documentation and monthly reports for the reporting period.

Employee requirements
Higher construction / engineering education and / or knowledge / experience in civil engineering;
Independence, organization, communication, ability to manage stressful situations, plan, coordinate and control work;
Driver's license;
Reading drawings.
