Nature of work
Supervise the installation of aluminum facades in the designated facilities and ensure their timely and proper completion:
- Organize and control construction work performed by workers and subcontractors at the site. Ensure execution of work according to the schedule;
- To ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
- Fill out the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of worker safety and health, fire safety in the construction site;
- To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work;
- Accept, transfer the work front, completed works, construction documentation according to the procedure established by the company;
- Fill out time sheets and salary sheets;
- Execute material orders;
- Carry out material write-offs.
Employee requirements
- Higher / higher engineering education;
- Experience as a construction manager;
- Certificate of construction manager for work in special structures;
- Knowledge of construction works;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams;

- Work experience in planning and organizing aluminum facade installation works;
- Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
- Lifting crane manager's certificate.
