As a Construction Manager, you will have to:
As a Construction Manager, you will have to:
- Ensure high quality and safe execution of construction site works
- Supervise the work of subcontractors on the construction site, coordinate their activities
- Coordinate and manage construction works so that they are completed on time and in accordance with the Work Project
- Control the quantities and quality of work and materials used
- Manage documentation related to the execution of construction processes in accordance with established company standards and legal acts

The offered salary is from 3000 to 3800 EUR gross (depending on competence), plus annual bonuses based on the achieved work results.

- You have a relevant higher education in the field of construction
- You have previous experience working as a construction manager (experience is an advantage)
- You can be characterized as a reliable and honest person, striving for quality and willing to improve
- You are results-oriented, able to react quickly and appropriately in various situations
- You have a good command of Lithuanian and have spoken English and Russian skills
