Adeso, UAB invites an experienced construction manager to join us, who would organize and coordinate construction work at the facilities and ensure their smooth, high-quality and timely implementation.
We are looking for someone who is well-versed in construction processes, able to independently organize work, coordinate employees and subcontractors, plan resources and promptly resolve issues arising at the facility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, manage and control construction work at sites.
- Lead a team of construction workers, distribute tasks and supervise their implementation.
- Create and manage work schedules, ensure compliance with deadlines and submit reports.
- Communicate with customers, designers, contractors, suppliers and other project participants.
- Resolve technical issues, coordinate design solutions and ensure compliance with technological requirements.
- Control the quality of work, employee safety and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Plan the need for materials, tools and equipment, organize orders and delivery to sites.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Higher or higher engineering education in construction.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar management position in the construction sector.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, technologies, legislation and regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manage work schedules and manage documentation.
- Leadership, organizational and communication skills; responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Category B driver's license.
