Nature of work
- Planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling construction work (metal and concrete structures) at the site;
- Filling in the electronic construction work log;
- Managing, coordinating, supervising, and controlling employees and contractors;
- Ensuring communication with contractors and control of their work;
- Ensuring employee training and compliance with safety, health, and fire safety requirements at the construction site;
- Ensuring the quality of construction work in accordance with technological requirements;
- Employee training.
Employee requirements
- Education in the field of construction (higher or higher);
- Experience in similar work would be an advantage;
- Computer skills - MS Office, Autocad, IFC.
- Initiative, responsibility, communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure is an advantage
