Nature of work
- Planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling construction work (metal and concrete structures) at the site.
- Filling in the electronic construction work log.
- Managing, coordinating, supervising, and controlling employees and contractors.
- Ensuring communication with contractors and monitoring their work.
- Ensuring employee training and compliance with health, safety, and fire safety requirements at the construction site.
- Ensuring the quality of construction work in accordance with technological requirements.
Employee requirements
- Education in the field of construction (higher or higher).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of construction.
- Computer skills - MS Office, Autocad, IFC.
- Initiative, responsibility, communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure is an advantage.
