Nature of work
Ensuring and controlling the performance of construction works in accordance with the requirements of the TDP of the structure;
Distribution and control of ongoing work according to the agreed schedule;
Determination, ordering and control of material needs and resources;
Preparation of approvals and filling out SDŽ
Preparation of technical construction documentation and reports;
Control and coordination of the work of subcontractors;
Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements at the construction site.

Employee requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager;
Qualification certificate as a Construction Manager.
Education in the field of construction engineering;
Knowledge of work technologies and construction processes;
Acting and SDŽ
Skills in preparing and managing construction documentation
Ability to independently organize the activities of a construction site
