Nature of works:
- Construction works manager;
- Managing a group of subordinate employees and organizing work at assigned construction sites;
- Preparing, completing and maintaining technical construction documentation;
- Ensuring the quality of work performed, occupational safety and fire safety at assigned construction sites;
- Ordering and controlling construction products and services: tools, materials.
- Completing tasks with quality and on time.
Employee requirements:
- Experience in the position of construction manager;
- Higher education in construction engineering;
- Qualification certificate allowing to perform the position of construction manager (may be an advantage)
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction work processes, legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and construction work regulations;
- Ability to understand and evaluate design and technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies;
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner;
- Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
- Driver's license category B;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft 365, Autocad, BIM);
- Knowledge of Russian or English (an advantage).
