CONSTRUCTION WORK MANUAL

Leading a group of subordinate employees and organizing work at assigned construction sites;
Ensuring the quality of work performed, occupational safety and fire safety;
Preparing, completing and managing technical construction documentation;
Ordering and controlling construction products and services: tools, materials, etc.
Fulfilling tasks with quality and on time.

Experience in the position of construction manager;
Higher education in construction engineering;
Qualification certificate allowing to perform the position of construction manager (advantage);
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction work processes, legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and construction work regulations;
Ability to understand and evaluate design and technical documentation;
Good knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies;
Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner;
Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
Driver's license category B;
Good computer skills (Microsoft 365, Autocad, BIM);
Knowledge of Russian or English (advantage).

3000-5000 €/mon. gross
Salary is discussed during the interview, taking into account work experience.
