The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
- Organization and coordination of construction works at the site.
- Preparation of project documentation, search for technical solutions and optimization of resources.
- Selection of contractors and suppliers, coordination of contracts and control of their implementation.
- Participation in technical meetings and preparation of reports.
- Smooth cooperation with subcontractors and other interested parties.
We expect you to:
- At least 3 years of experience in a construction manager / project manager / work manager or similar position.
- Practical experience in organizing work on construction sites.
- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.
- Valid construction manager certificate.
- Good knowledge of the technical and legal regulations of the Republic of Lithuania on construction.
- Ability to work with MS Office programs.
