We are looking for a responsible and organized construction manager who would ensure the smooth execution of construction work at the site, manage subcontractors, and guarantee quality and adherence to deadlines.
Nature of work
- Planning and organizing work on the construction site
- Coordination and control of subcontractors' work
- Ensuring the progress, scope and deadlines of work
- Quality control of completed work and participation in handovers
- Ordering materials and managing resources at the site
- Filling and administering construction documentation
- Ensuring work safety requirements
- Operational problem solving at the site
Employee requirements
- Engineering education
- At least 2 years of work experience as a construction manager or similar position
- Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and work organization
- Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Independence, responsibility, result-oriented
