Construction Work Manager

Preparation and control of technical documentation;
Management and control of all processes related to the construction of the facility;
Working with customers, designers and other participants in the construction process;
Control orders for materials and mechanisms; track the quantities of work performed;
Ensuring the safety and quality of work;
Submission of completed work, preparation and completion of documentation related to the execution and supervision of construction work;
Drawing up work implementation schedules and control over their execution.

Similar work experience of at least 2 years, a certificate confirming the qualification (special construction), a driver's license - MANDATORY;

Ability to work independently and manage a team;

KVAD certificate, Russian language - an advantage.
