Construction Work Manager

Comprehensive planning, organization and execution control of construction works at the site;

Strict supervision of work quality, safety requirements and compliance with project deadlines;

Coordination of subcontractors' activities, ensuring smooth cooperation with customers and suppliers;

Effective resource management, analysis of work progress and timely adoption of technical decisions;

Control and coordination of budget, estimates and material requirements with company management;

Supervision and assurance of the management of construction technical documentation;

Regular presentation of project progress at meetings and reporting.

At least 3 years of successful experience in managing construction projects;

Valid construction manager qualification certificate;

Developed leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks and mobilize a team;

Excellent technical documentation and drawing reading skills;

Prompt decision-making, high sense of responsibility and result orientation;

Negotiation skills and ability to constructively solve emerging challenges.
