- planning, organization and execution control of construction works;
- preparation and management of construction technical documentation;
- ensuring the quality, safety and deadlines of works at the site;
- communication with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
- resource planning, analysis of work progress and decision-making to achieve efficiency;
- coordination of estimates and material requirements with management;
- search for technical solutions and supervision of their implementation;
- participation in project meetings and reporting to management.
Employee requirements
- at least 3 years of work experience;
- valid qualification certificate;
- ability to lead a team and organize work at the facility;
- good computer skills and reading technical documentation;
- responsibility, result orientation and ability to make independent decisions.
