Construction Work Manager

Planning, organizing and coordinating construction work at sites;
Control of work progress, quality and deadlines;
Organization of work of workers and subcontractors;
Supervision of the implementation of design solutions and drawings;
Planning of material requirements and supply control;
Filling in construction documentation, including maintaining an electronic work log;
Ensuring work safety;
Cooperation with the project manager.

Higher/higher engineering education;
Construction work manager or similar experience;
Knowledge of construction processes;
Ability to read drawings;
Knowledge of the principles of filling out an electronic work log;
Responsibility, organization, independence;
Good computer skills;
Qualification certificate is an advantage.
