Nature of work
Looking for a construction manager for work at the facility in Šeduva, Radviliškis district.
- Organize, plan and control the execution of construction work at the assigned facility;
- Control the implementation of the budget and schedule of the assigned facility;
- Cooperate with employees, partners, subcontractors, other participants in the construction process of the assigned facility;
- Fill out construction documentation (Construction work logs, etc.);
- Ensure the highest quality of work at the facility and employee safety - health and compliance with environmental and fire safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in engineering/construction;
- Good knowledge of general construction and special construction works;
- Ability to plan and coordinate construction works, be result-oriented;
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
- Communication skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, design software (AutoCAD, BIM));
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of special residential and non-residential structures (required);
- Category B driver's license.
