Nature of work

  • Planning, organization and maintenance of construction works at the construction site.
  • Control of the quality of construction work and compliance with the schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with construction site regulations.
  • Cooperation with subcontractors and control of the execution of their works.
  • Cooperation with technical supervisors and customer representatives.
  • Completion of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction site.

Employee requirements

  • Have a higher construction engineering education.
  • Have a certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a construction manager of a special structure.
  • Work experience is an advantage
  • Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
  • Good knowledge of construction processes.
  • To be able to solve problems independently.
