Construction Work Manager

Planning, organization, supervision, control of construction works at the facility;
Completing the electronic log of construction works;
Management, coordination, supervision and control of workers and contractors;
Ensuring communication with contractors and control of the execution of their works;
Ensure the training of employees, as well as the implementation of safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
Ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
Completion of acceptance and transfer acts of the work front.
Training of employees.

Education in the field of construction (higher);
At least 2 years of management experience in construction;
Successfully implemented projects;
Knowledge of construction technology;
Working with a computer, reading drawings;
Knowledge of construction technical and legal regulations;
The ability to objectively assess the situation and present ways of solving it;
Professional attitude, diligence and desire to improve.
Organizational skills and responsibility.
Driver's license;
Certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of a special construction manager.
