Nature of work
The role of a construction manager in our company includes full control of projects from the pouring of foundations to the final handover of the keys to the client. This is not just dry management, it is active involvement in the process, ensuring that each stage of construction meets the technical projects and our quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractor teams, ensuring their smooth interaction at the site and carrying out constant control of the work being performed.
In your daily activities, you will plan the need for materials, control their supply and strictly monitor the deadlines for the work. We value engineering accuracy, therefore the implementation of drawings without compromise is an essential part of this position. Your task is to turn the construction process into a clear, predictable and manageable process, in which every decision is substantiated by technical knowledge, and the final result corresponds to a person’s dream of a quality home.

Employee requirements
You have an engineering education and successful experience as a project manager.
A certified construction project manager is a great advantage.
You are able to manage a team and processes based on arguments and knowledge.
You understand that we are building people's dream homes, so personal responsibility for the result is self-evident to you.

We offer
Salary from €1,500 to €2,500 in hand, based on your competence.
