- Ensuring the supply of materials;
- Managing and controlling all processes related to the construction of the facility;
- Coordinating and controlling the work of subcontractors.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction;
- Construction manager qualification certificate, which gives the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure - an advantage.
- Experience in the field of construction (in the position of work manager).
- Good organizational skills;
- Results orientation, quick and appropriate reaction in various situations;
- Ability to effectively plan time;
- Computer work;
- Driver's license.
