Construction Work Manager

Organization, planning and coordination of construction work at construction sites. Organization of employee work and distribution of tasks, control of the quality and deadlines of the work performed. Cooperation with customers, subcontractors and suppliers. Filling in construction work documentation and ensuring compliance with work safety requirements.

Education in civil engineering or other construction-related field (advantage).

Work experience in a construction manager or similar position.

Ability to independently plan, organize and control construction work.

Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and quality requirements.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design documentation.

Ability to lead a team, distribute tasks and control their implementation.

Knowledge of construction safety and applicable legislation.

Responsibility, organization, initiative and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and cooperation skills.

Category B driver's license.

Construction manager qualification certificate is an advantage.

1200-1820 €/mon. net
Salary depends on experience and ability to work.
