Nature of work
Looking for a construction manager to work in the Klaipėda region (Klaipėda, Neringa, Palanga, etc.)
- Organize, plan and control the execution of construction work at the assigned facility;
- Control the implementation of the budget and schedule of the assigned facility;
- Cooperate with employees, partners, subcontractors, other participants in the construction process of the assigned facility;
- Fill out construction documentation (Construction work logs, etc.);
- Ensure the highest quality of work at the facility and employee safety - health and compliance with environmental and fire safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering/construction education;
- Good knowledge of co-construction and special construction works;
- Be able to plan and coordinate construction works, focus on the result;
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
- Communicability;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, design software (AutoCAD, BIM));
- A certificate of qualification entitling to perform the duties of construction manager of special residential and non-residential structures would be an advantage;
- Category B driver's license.
