Nature of work
- Organization and control of construction project execution (Outdoor water supply and sewage);
- Ensuring the quality and timely implementation of works;
- Organizing the work of subordinate employees at the site;
- Ordering materials and equipment, resource planning;
- Preparation and submission of construction documentation and reports;
- Ensuring employee safety and fire safety requirements;
- Project budget tracking, deadline management.
We hope you:
- You have successfully worked in a construction manager / project manager / work manager or similar position;
- You are well-versed in construction processes, employee (work) safety requirements;
- You neatly fill out the documentation required for projects;
- You promptly resolve emerging issues;
- You effectively plan the work of subordinates and achieve the set goals;
- You exercise comprehensive control over the progress of projects and take responsibility for the final results;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You have a higher engineering education and a qualification certificate (an advantage)
