Nature of work

  • Planning, organizing and supervising construction work at the construction site.
  • Controlling the quality of construction work and adherence to the schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with construction site order requirements.
  • Cooperation with subcontractors and monitoring their work.
  • Cooperation with Customers and technical maintenance managers.
  • Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and supervision, filling in electronic construction work logs.
  • Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements at the construction site.
  • If necessary, the opportunity to work on a business trip in Lithuania.

Employee requirements

  • Have a higher engineering education in the field of civil engineering - mechanics.
  • Have work experience in laying outdoor engineering networks.
  • Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
  • Have good knowledge of construction processes.
  • Have good knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules and be able to work with MS Office basic programs, as well as the AutoCad program.
  • Be able to independently solve problems that arise.
  • Have a category B driver's license.
  • Have a qualification certificate that entitles you to serve as a manager of special construction works of a special structure.
