Construction Work Manager

Nature of work

  • Plan and organize construction work at the facility assigned to you or its stage.
  • Coordinate the work of your employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with work deadlines, quality and technological requirements.
  • Plan in advance the need for employees, mechanisms, materials and other resources.
  • Control the quantities of work performed, accept subcontractors' work and participate in its activation.
  • Resolve technical issues with designers, technical supervisors and customer representatives.
  • Manage documentation related to the implementation of construction and an electronic construction work log.
  • Ensure compliance with employee safety, fire safety and construction site order requirements.
  • Regularly inform the project manager about the progress of work, risks and necessary decisions.

Employee requirements

  • You have a higher education in civil engineering.
  • You have a qualification certificate as a construction manager for a special structure.
  • You have independently managed construction work.
  • You are well versed in construction processes, technologies and technical requirements.
  • You are able to read and analyze projects, drawings and technical documentation.
  • You know not only how to identify a problem, but also how to propose a specific solution to it.
  • You are able to lead people, clearly distribute work and demand an agreed result.
  • You have a category B driver's license.
