Nature of work
Planning, organizing and daily supervision of construction works at facilities.
Coordination of teams of employees and subcontractors.
Control of quality, deadlines and technological processes of construction works.
Communication with customers, partners and suppliers.
Administration of project progress documentation.
Planning of materials and technical resources.
Ensuring safety at work (HMS) requirements.
Solving problems on the construction site and making prompt decisions.

You have experience as a construction manager.
You are able to independently organize work and make decisions.
You are responsible, organized and result-oriented.
You speak English (knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage).
You have a category B driver's license.
You are ready to work in Norway.

We offer
4,300–6,000 € in cash salary, depending on your experience, competencies and responsibilities.
Work on a business trip basis – 6 weeks in Norway, 2 weeks in Lithuania.
Paid travel and accommodation in Norway.
Work on long-term and interesting projects in Norway.
All the tools necessary for work.
