Construction Work Manager

Management of employees at the construction site;
Organization of work in ongoing construction projects;
Supervision and control of the quality and compliance with technologies of the work performed;
Proper and economical use of allocated resources;
Preparation and management of technical documentation;
Solving technical issues with customers in projects.
Development and implementation of the construction site standard.
Cooperation with other project participants in order to realize the project goals - designers, consultants, contractors, end users, etc.;
Verification/visa of acts/invoices of completed work;

Higher/higher engineering education;
Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure (advantage);
Excellent computer skills;
Similar work experience;
Excellent planning, organization, negotiation and communication skills, task and (or) problem and conflict resolution skills;
Impeccable Lithuanian language skills (good knowledge of English and / or Russian - an advantage);
You can be characterized as a reliable and honest person, striving for quality and willing to improve;
You are results-oriented, able to react quickly and appropriately in various situations;
