Construction Manager in Scandinavia

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. We carry out projects in Sweden and Norway.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of planned work.

Main responsibilities:
Coordinating activities with the project manager.
Planning work, organizing employees, quality control of work at the construction site.
Ordering or coordinating with the customer the materials needed for the work, purchasing small tools as needed.
Ensuring the efficient use of materials.
Compliance with work safety, labor and environmental requirements.
Filling in tables. Preparing executive documentation.

At least 1 year of experience as a construction supervisor.
Knowledge of technological processes (installation of reinforced concrete structures would be an advantage).
Planning skills, organization and responsibility.
Experience in managing 10-15 people.
Driver's license.
Computer literacy.
Ability to communicate in English.
