CONSTRUCTION WORKS MANAGER IN SWEDEN

We are looking for an experienced construction manager to join our team and manage construction projects in Sweden.

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient organization of construction work on site and leading the team.

Main responsibilities:
Coordination of work and cooperation with the project manager.
Planning, organization and control of construction work on site.
Organizing and coordinating the work of a team of 10-15 employees.
Controlling the quality and deadlines of work.
Planning the need for the necessary construction materials and organizing the order.
Coordination of work with the customer.
Organizing the acquisition of small tools and tools necessary for work.
Ensuring the efficient use of materials and other resources.
Ensuring compliance with work safety, labor and environmental requirements.
Filling in and controlling work time sheets.
Preparing executive and other project-related documentation.
Prompt resolution of issues and problems arising at the facility.

At least 1 year of work supervisor experience in the construction sector.
Knowledge of construction technological processes.
Experience in installing reinforced concrete structures is a great advantage.
Experience in managing a team of 10–15 employees.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Responsibility, independence and ability to make decisions.
Category B driver's license.
Good computer skills.
Ability to communicate in English.
Opportunity to work on business trips in Sweden, as 80–85% of working time consists of business trips.
