Nature of work
Our company is growing steadily and is currently looking for an experienced, responsible and ambitious Construction Manager, ready to manage special/non-special category objects or several smaller projects at the same time. The works are carried out in Vilnius, Trakai and within a 100 km radius around them.
Your responsibilities:

- Project management: Comprehensive organization and control of construction works at the objects according to the design documentation and agreed schedules.
- Team and subcontractor coordination: Effective work planning, task distribution and deadline monitoring of subcontractor, supplier and internal workers' teams.
- Quality and safety: Strictly ensuring construction technological processes, quality standards and occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements on the site.
- Documentation management: Filling in the construction work log, control of hidden work acts, material certificates and other required executive documentation.
- Resource planning: Forecasting the need for materials and equipment, ensuring timely supply and rational use of resources.
- Representation: Cooperation with customers, technical maintenance and project managers
Employee requirements
- Valid Special Construction Manager Certificate (optional).
- Higher/advanced education in civil engineering.
- At least 3 years of successful work experience in managing construction works of special structures.
- Excellent knowledge of the construction laws, regulations (STR) of the Republic of Lithuania and work safety rules.
- Ability to fluently read and analyze complex technical drawings and estimates.
- Good computer skills (knowledge of MS Office or other project review programs is an advantage).
- Category B driver's license
