Employee requirements
Experience in organizing apartment renovation (finishing) works
Good understanding of construction processes (from dismantling to full finishing)
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
Basics of estimating
Computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Knowledge of Russian (for communication with employees)
Driver's license and car
Advantage - available master teams or contacts
