Construction Work Manager

Planning and organization of construction works
Creating construction work calendar schedules, reading drawings, creating technological cards, calculating material requirements, ordering
Controlling construction work deadlines
Preparing and managing documentation related to construction execution and supervision
Supervision of the facility's order
Assistance in coordinating work safety at the construction site
Calculating the quantities of work performed
Performing other tasks assigned by the manager
Work throughout Lithuania

Similar work experience would be a great advantage
Construction manager certificate an advantage
Experience in organizing reinforced concrete, metal construction installation work would be an advantage
Excellent planning, organizing and communication, task and/or problem solving skills
Good computer skills (MS Office)
