Nature of work
Management of workers in construction facilities;
Organization, planning and maintenance of works in construction facilities;
Supervision and control of the quality of performed works and compliance with technologies;
Cooperation with subcontractors and control of actuated works;
Appropriate and economical use of allocated resources;
Preparation and management of technical documentation;
Solving technical issues with customers and designers;
Ensuring the safety, health, and fire safety requirements of employees in the construction site.

Higher/higher technical - engineering education;
Requirement: to have a certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure;
The addition of a certificate of cultural heritage would be an advantage;
At least 2 years of similar work experience;
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, construction work regulations of the Republic of Lithuania;
Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
Good computer skills;
Responsibility and ability to solve problems;
Requirement: to have a certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure;
