Nature of work
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, assess the quality and deadlines of their work, participate in work acceptance;
- Organize and ensure smooth, timely and high-quality execution of construction works;
- Order the necessary materials on time and manage the resources provided for the object;
- Ensure and monitor the order of the construction site, occupational safety, fire safety, quality, environmental requirements;
- Filling and administration of construction documentation;
- Cooperation with technical supervision.
Our expectations
- Work experience as a construction manager;
- Good work organization, planning and leadership skills;
- Ability to read technical and work projects, drawings and estimates.
- Independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of construction and technological processes;
- Valid construction manager certificate (advantage).
