- Planning and organizing work (monolithic, reinforced concrete, masonry, metal structures) to ensure smooth and timely execution;
- Organizing team work and distributing tasks;
- Making decisions at the site, assessing situations and selecting the most effective solutions;
- Planning materials, equipment and work tools and ensuring that the team has everything it needs to perform the work;
- Supervision of work progress, quality and deadline control;
- Recording completed work, filling in an electronic construction log
Employee requirements
- Civil engineering education
- Experience as a construction manager (advantage – in the field of structures) and certification
- Reading drawings, knowledge of construction processes
- Team management and organizational skills
- Responsibility, independence
- Knowledge of work safety requirements
