Nature of work
- Organization of individual residential construction from the beginning to delivery, transfer to operation.
- Negotiations when ordering materials and works;
- Inspection and acceptance of completed construction works;
- Organization of works;
- Ensuring occupational safety at the facilities under construction;
- Management, coordination and control of warranty work, defects and unfinished work;
- Monitoring of work schedule implementation;
Requirements
- Experience in the field of construction;
- Knowledge of legal and technical regulations;
- Knowledge of general construction works, construction technologies;
- Construction manager certificate (advantage);
- Be result-oriented, have good planning, work organization, control, communication skills, know work safety requirements;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Speak Russian (advantage)
