Construction Work Manager

An interior decoration company needs a works manager.

Planning, organizing, managing and controlling construction site work;
Managing employees, supervising;
Communication with customers;
Ensuring work safety and quality;
Checking the quantities of work performed and submitting acts to the Customer;
Maintaining construction documentation;
Organizing material orders within the company, to objects and their delivery;

At least 2 years of work manager experience in organizing and carrying out work in interior decoration facilities;
Independent, responsible, knowledgeable in construction work management processes;
Teamwork, understanding of plasterboard installation technology (KNAUF; RIGIPS);
Construction schedule management, controlling work deadlines, organizing construction work, submitting reports on work completion;
Control of compliance with work deadlines and quality requirements;
Category B driver's license.
