Construction Work Manager

UAB „Investica“ is looking for an experienced construction manager to work with residential projects in Vilnius and Vilnius district.

Main responsibility – to organize, coordinate and control construction works from the beginning of construction to the handover of the object.

Main responsibilities
Organization and coordination of construction works at the object
Selection of subcontractors, negotiations and coordination of works
Scheduling and control of execution of construction works
Control of construction budget and costs
Quality assurance of the performed works
Coordination of material supply and work progress
Management and control of technical documentation
Cooperation with technical supervision, designers and other project participants
Ensuring work safety requirements at the construction site
Organization of construction completion and handover of the object

At least 3 years of work experience as a construction manager or project manager
Experience in residential construction
Ability to independently organize construction processes and manage contractors
Knowledge of construction technologies and processes
Responsibility, result-oriented and quality-oriented
Good organizational and negotiation skills
Category B driver's license

4000 €/mon. net
