Nature of work
- Coordination of individual residential construction processes - from the start of work to the delivery and commissioning of the facility;
- Planning, organizing construction work and ensuring its smooth implementation;
- Negotiations with material suppliers and contractors;
- Quality control of completed construction work.
- Coordination of defects, unfinished and warranty work and control of their implementation;
- Monitoring the implementation of construction work schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
- Understanding of construction processes and basic construction technologies;
- Knowledge of technical and construction regulatory requirements or willingness to quickly master them;
- Experience in the construction field would be an advantage.
- Construction/works manager qualification certificate - a great advantage, but not necessary;
- Ability to plan, organize and control ongoing work and achieve set results;
- Good communication skills, responsibility and independence;
- Valid category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of Russian - an advantage.
