Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and supervising the installation of windows, doors and aluminum and PVC structures at the facilities.
- Coordinating the work of installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth execution of work.
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and employee safety requirements.
- Preparing documentation of completed work and administering technical documentation.
- Monitoring the budget for the performance of assigned work.
- Analysis of drawings, coordination of technical solutions with customers, designers and other project participants.
- Operational resolution of technical issues at construction sites and control of work progress.
Employee requirements
- Construction engineering (technical) education.
- Construction manager qualification certificate is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction organization processes, good technical knowledge.
- Work experience as an installation manager in the field of aluminum and PVC windows and doors installation is REQUIRED.
- Initiative, organization, internal motivation.
- Good computer skills.
- Driver's license.
