Construction Work Manager

Organization of construction work in ongoing projects from site preparation to facility handover;
Organization of work of subcontractors and own team;
Ensuring quality of work, technological processes and safety requirements;
Planning and rational control of the need for mechanisms and materials;
Resolving technical issues with customers, designers, partners;
Filling in technical documentation (work logs, acts, other...);
Work in Vilnius and Vilnius district.

Higher/higher technical - engineering education;
Successful work supervisor experience (advantage).
Good computer skills and knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, and construction work regulations of the Republic of Lithuania;
Ability to work independently, organizational skills, initiative;
Driver's license category B;
