Nature of work
- Organization, coordination and supervision of construction works at sites in Lithuania;
- Independent execution of tasks and management of work processes;
- Coordination of general construction works, mainly working with metal products and structures - installation of railings, structures and other elements;
- Organization of employees' work and ensuring that the works are performed with high quality and on time;
- Drawing up work schedules, planning of execution and control of deadlines;
- Participation in meetings with customers, coordination of works;
- Filling in and managing construction documentation;
- Reading drawings and ensuring that works are performed according to project documentation;
- Quality control of the works performed;
- Ensuring safety requirements at sites.
Employee requirements
- Experience working as a construction supervisor;
- Good knowledge of general construction work, especially in the field of metal structures and their installation;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Ability to independently organize work, plan processes and make decisions;
- Ability to create and manage work schedules;
- Ability to work with construction documentation;
- Ability to organize the work of employees and ensure smooth execution of work;
- Responsibility, communication and good organizational skills;
- Category B driver's license.
