Nature of work
- Installation of finishing works in an apartment building in the Old Town;
- Working with employees or contractors performing finishing works;
- Planning and organizing work;
- Allocating work to employees;
- Controlling the execution of tasks;
- Ensuring the deadlines and quality of the work being performed or completed;
- Planning the need for materials, mechanisms, tools and ordering them from the supply manager;
- Communicating with managers, contractors;
- Managing construction-related documents and filling out a construction work log.
Employee requirements
- Construction and/or technical higher education;
- Experience in similar work in construction (apartment building construction);
- Ability to manage employees working in construction;
- Knowledge and understanding of construction design and technical documentation;
- Knowledge of construction norms and rules, knowledge of the scope of work performed;
- Knowledge of technologies and requirements of construction and finishing works being performed;
- Ability to plan and organize construction and finishing works;
- Absence of bad habits;
- Punctuality, responsibility.
